Amkor Technology Raised to 'Buy' at Salomon Smith Barney Princeton, New Jersey, Sept. 3 (Bloomberg Data) -- Amkor Technology Inc. (AMKR US) was raised to ''buy'' from ''outperform'' by analyst Jonathan J. Joseph at Salomon Smith Barney. The price target was raised to $25 from $18. NYSE/AMEX delayed 20 min. NASDAQ delayed 15 min. ******************************* When AMKR was 9, it was a "Sell". Now when it is 18, it is a "Buy". Being weird, still closer to truth.
