Teflon: The growing pains here will be part of the fun. Focus will be difficult, since there are several "animals" [potential Godzillas] worth considering. Since your intent seems to be to focus primarily on e business to business, at least initially, then the "nurturing" companies such as SFE and even more directly ICGE seem a "must" inclusion.

Then the question is, from there where? You are most likely best equipped to give guidance on that since you know the e business personally and professionally.

Re AOL, I do not consider AOL a good current investment. (Just IMO), but cited AOL only as an example of where the "processes" may be key rather than a proprietary "product" - whether that product is enabling or otherwise. Could there be an enabling "process" for example? Or some other key to a "lock"? Don't have a clue - yet.

Amost by definition the e business to business seems to me as a beginner in this to be service - process oriented rather than "product" oriented. Therefore this is new ground for trying out and modifying if necessary the GG approach. That to me will be a major part of the fun here. We can learn and grow as we go. But once more, you will have to be patient with those of us who have a steep learning curve compared to you yourself.

Onward and upward. Cha2
