In addition, the underwriters have reserved an aggregate of 825,000 shares of
common stock to be issued by us and offered for sale in this offering for
purchase from the underwriters through a directed share program by United
States stockholders of CMGI who hold at least 100 shares of CMGI stock as of
August 25, 1999 and who have access to the Internet and a personal e-mail
address.

I'm EXTREMELY surprised that CMGI would not pre-publicize the cut-off date for the NAVI IPO DSP. I thought one of the useful things about the ENGA DSP was that it spurred some retail investors to buy CMGI before the June cut-off date so thatthey could participate in the ENGA IPO. Granted, most know about this, but it's very surprising to me that they didn't give people full disclosure and, say, a week or so to buy their 100 CMGI shares to participate...

I mean, that's SOP for stock splits and dividends, for example...
