All right, all right. I do take exception to your accusations of me trying to hype the stock down with "BS hype". I have exchanged very useful information with people here, not just the inside stuff but also some of my thoughts regarding the immunology and pharmacology of Myloral. I think the preponderance of evidence here clearly indicates that confidence in this stock is very low. I am not an expert investor by any means, but it really makes no sense for the stock to drop from 18 to 10.5 so close to the release of the trials without something being wrong. My feeling is that big pharma is finding out that these trials are going awry, and is selling big time. Obviously my posts are not complete spam because you have taken the wise step of protecting your positions with the puts. Brilliant move -- when this awful bear market for biotech finally abates then you can dump the puts and make money holding the stock long (until the data gets released, anyway). You can end up making $$$ on both sides of the transaction! This is a technique I use frequently -- I sold short into Adobe's record earnings last month but I protected myself by selling a deep in the money put and I made bucks on both the puts and the short sale.
As I mentioned before, it is really interesting how my posts are regarded as "hype" but yours (and others' here) are regarded as "truth". That's a lot of BS. I think it is really funny how people on this site have been hyping this stock up so much. I'm glad that my posts have had the effect of causing people to think very seriously about why they are long this stock, just as yours have caused me to think why I am short. Actually, due to my &$#$*& greed I hold no position in AIMM at all right now. I am going to wait until the biotechs start to rally, hopefully along with AIMM so I can short it again at a decent price.
Do you think that AIMM is sinking because all of the biotechs are having such a rough go these days? I suppose if classy companies like Mycogen, Amgen, Biogen etc. can lose so much so quickly then perhaps AIMM is losing value because of negative market sentiment in general with respect to biotech stocks. However, the % loss for AIMM is considerably greater. It is approaching a 50% correction! That's pretty serious, it is a much deeper haircut than the BTK stocks got so that's why I think some fundamental news is involved here. Since no fundamental news has been released, it leads credence to the information that I possess and have shared with you.
So that is my logical analysis of why this company is going to go down, down, down. But you don't care, because of your puts, so that's great! No hype, no spam, no poems.

p.s. Take a look at Mycogen stock. Solid company, great scientists. Insiders have been buying up mountains of this stock, and now it is looking very cheap. I'm going in at 20.5 |
