I hate to rain on anyones parade here but I have a pretty good feeling that we will NOT see 15c2-11 compliance anytime SOON or at least until next year. IMHO. Hoping I am wrong. Just a hunch based on past haults and our history with financial disclosure. As crazy as my conservative side thinks I am, I believe we will see the positive in 2000 that we should have seen in 1999.
