Selling into strength ... On days like this I focus almost entirely on the short side (or unloading overnighters on the gap up). Now I'm not a pure day trader, I'll carry some positions a few days at times. My goal is "x" $$$ per trade and most of the time they materialize within a day, thus they become day trades. I've sensed from this thread and the "stock picks" thread, that many focus mostly on the long side. Any others out there that take more of a contrarian approach by shorting into a strong market (and vice versa)? Dave
