Get this.... Franzblaugh is really desperate. One more thought. I got a call yesterday from a HMGN representative telling me Dr. Franzblau (the CEO) wanted to talk to me about how I would vote on the Redwood Group Consent Solicitation. (That's right, he wants to talk to a shareholder with only a few thousand shares left.) Franzblaugh or his son (the CFO) were supposed to call me today. Looks like they are running scared. Good Luck Redwood! I hope you can make something of this. Yoyo p.s. I would venture to guess that there are going to be some serious legal/administrative charges hitting the income statement this quarter to cover all the effort at fighting the Redwood Group.
