I don't think so. They are making a product which is in demand and they rae getting new approvals to manfacture additional drugs. The reason BB called off the merger has nothing to do with finances, it is a power struggle over who was going to be in charge of what. When the law suit is over BB is going to owe IVAX a few bucks. Before IVAX, the largest mfg of generics, would die somebody is going to buy it.
