Here is what Bruce Johnson stated on the Radio Wall Street interview: (This is my understanding of what I heard - listen to the tape of the live broadcast if you want to hear it for yourself)

- Expects to have 20 - 25 carriers in total

- Yahoo deal is different from AOL deal in that the Yahoo deal is "targeted marketing" and will give HealthAxis specific demographic targets to market their products to

- On the difference between HA and INSW:

InsWeb is a "referral" service. They get paid a "one-time" referral fee for sending the customer to an insurance company.
HealthAxis is an "end to end" digital online insurance agent. They are paid a commission from the insurance companies on a continuous basis.

- He expects the sale of PILIC to close within 30 - 60 days. The merger will be completed as soon as the PILIC sale is completed.
The financing for the funds needed to effectuate the PILIC deal and finance HealthAxis into 2000 is currently "in the works"

- They are currently working on "branding" of the HealthAxis name

- The HealthAxis system is set up to be able to handle 10,000 simultaneous hits

- his 1 year outlook:

small group business to be launched by 2nd quarter 2000 and 15+ carriers in place with "good" penetration

- IPO to be launched in early 2000
