He said that they will have an "upstream merger" wherein they merge HA in PAMC. They will then change the name of the company to HealthAxis.com and get a new trading symbol. (That means the current shareholders of PAMC will own the new stock called HealthAxis.com)

Then, sometime in early 2000, they will do an IPO of HealthAxis.
