Having pondered this debate for some time, there is something that greatly disturbs me about the whole ordeal, and this is fact rather than suspicion of conspiracy, no matter how bad Koresh was or wasn't, based on both Waco and Ruby Ridge: What ever happened to "Innocent until proven guilty"? Not that I concede with the conspiracy theorists as yet, since at Waco a search warrant was met with armed resistance, but no matter how dangerous either situation could've been, neither Weaver nor Koresh had actually carried out anything violent.
