Forgive me if I sound like a broken record.. :)
1. The markets are doing a slo-motion crash. Remember the dow hitting 7000?? Can you say 6500?? If were lucky it'll bounce off 6300 IMHO.
2. The company makes NO money yet. Only debt.
3. We are late for drilling (for a second time).
4. Canadian resorce stocks are under pressure.
5. BELIEVE that there is such a thing as stock manipulation. especially in pennies, but in *all* stocks. Remember... the individual investor (trader?) is up against a vast number of professionals. Fund managers, entire media organizations (like cnbc), so called market anylist firms, trading houses, MARKET MAKERS, newsletter writers, stock promoters, etc. etc. etc.
Under the circumstances the stock is responding as we should expect.
It has no reason to go up.
Listen to this logic:
The company is either a scam or it is not:
A. It is a scam = Weve all lost money to thieves. -OR-
B. It is not a scam so:
The company will either be well-run/funded/lucky enough to attempt to prove the technology, or not:
A. They botch it. We lose.
B. They make sufficiant test runs with other companies so:
The technology either will work well or not as they promised/expected
A. It doesnt really work.. or work well. money goes *poof* -OR-
B. It does work so:
The company either gets more contracts, or is bought out.
A. Hooray!!!
B. Hooray!!!
Who knows what other things could happen. But if you are uncomfortable with your investment in this company. I mean REALLY uncomfortable, then I would venture to say you may have put in a little more $$ than you had 'counted the cost' of so to speak...
Bottom line: We either hit oil because this is for real, or we dont because of many possible reasons...
