Frank, This was a suprise to me too. I didn't know they were operating on a temporary permit. If I remember right the 60 day permit will expire around May 15. I don't think this should be a problem if their claims hold up. I had never seen anything that would indicate that emissions were a problem. Any information to the contrary would be appreciated. On Dec. 5 Grno had a news anouncement that they were invited to participate in a EPA R&D program to promote these kinds of companies. It is my understanding that the company hasn't pursued the offer. I think this is a big mistake. I would assume this connection to the EPA would influence the DHEC's decisions. It would also be a good ally if they have problems with any other local agencies where they intend on setting these up. Anyone know if they are going to get involved in this program? This is a good board, but I think it is the least tolerent of negative company info than any I read on SI. Personally, I like to read post by someone trashing the company if there are some fact behind them. If I can dismiss their "facts", it gives me more faith in the company. Personal attacks are rude, and uncalled for. Bob
