The ContinuumClient.ini file is simply a text file which you can open in Notepad. It contains the list of all the servers. There's a setting in there "AutoUpdateServerList":

AutoUpdateServerList=true

When this is set this way the list of servers is maintained automatically based on which one is the best one to connect to from your location. This list is updated every 20 seconds. When you do a server switch, this is how it picks which server will go to next.

If you change the setting so that

AutoUpdateServerList=false

it will force your program (QCharts, Advanced GET, QLink - or whatever) to connect to the first server in the list, and it won't update the list for you.

Some users do this thinking that they have found the best server to connect to and so they lock themselves into just one. Then, if that server develops problems, or your internet route to that server becomes snagged, your system won't be able to find the next best one to connect to.

I thought perhaps since you were always connecting to stclara that this was what you had done. I tried and failed to connect to stclara - even by forcing it.

Sorry about the gap in the data. We will be cleaning up the gaps that developed during a week of server problems over the weekend. Thanks for your patience.
