Ideally, the buying gets concentrated in one hand to demonstrate
accumulation, while the selling should be scattered among many
brokers to demonstrate the ignorant public losing patience.

-Positive Sign: Greenline has been doing 49% of the buying but only
14% of the selling.
-Negative Sign: DS has been doing 31% of the selling but only 4% of
the buying.

If the Greenline buying continues it is a green light.
If the DS selling continues one should proceed with caution.
