John -- I do not think cost cutting will give them 10 points in a short period. Those savings are off the bottom line and that will be very good. The cumulative effect over YEARS is where the layoffs will shine. Yes, coms is still hanging,, but will not be around much longer imo. Should make more there on a buyout before cpq pays off...
