Mike, Paul or any others interested in arbitrage. Pioneer Hibred (phb) has announced record date for shareholder vote but stock continues to sit at 39 for a 40 buyout. Final proxy not yet approved but investor relations sounds optimistic for an early October vote. I am truly puzzled by the one dollar gap and would appreciate any insight. Stock even dropped below 39 this past week. With dd owning 20% of the stock I wonder what the arbitrage experts perceive to be the risk?
