The longer data includes the past days. That is the value of using an EMA, where the last point includes all previous bars loaded. But things can be relative to your viewpoint, The relationship of indicators that you have determined to be a buy/sell is unique to you until you try to share it. Most software has slight differences because of the programmer's view for speed and etc. A CCI in WOW is not the same as a CCI in Metastock. RSI formulas are often different, yet people can apply them within a program with no problem until they attempt to compare.
