No sammie-m, the USA is not a dictatorship. It's called mob rule. The majority decides what the rules are. Also, it's perfectly legal for the US military, police and other government agencies to use whatever force they choose against US citizens.

For example at Waco, some Wackos decided to defy the US government. The government used tanks, helicopters, guns and other stuff to destroy their opposition. It got very messy and 70 or so US citizens died in the conflict including 4 government people.

Also, at Kent State, some people were shot for opposing the government edicts.

Also, in Philadelphia, a block was burned down and the Symbionese Liberation Army [all 5 or them and some children if I remember rightly - or about that many] were killed. The police dropped something on the roof, causing the blaze if I remember rightly and it got a bit out of hand. One of them escaped and only reappeared lately as a nice middle-aged woman.

I've seem tanks parked in downtown Vista, California, not an area noted as a major invasion route, unlike the Kyber Pass and other traditional military roads. Those tanks are to ensure any civilian problem can be contained. Unfortunately, somebody got hold of a tank and there is hilarious if frightening footage of the tank zooming along a freeway, over the crash barrier, over cars and stuff. These tanks take a bit of stopping.

You are subject to the laws, including the use of money and definition of money laws which Alan Green$pan operates from. If you try doing anything wrong, you'll find whatever force is necessary will be used against you to subdue and incarcerate you.

That isn't a dicatorship, though if you are a minority disagreeing with the mob's edicts, such as being a melanin rich person in the south in the 1950s, you could sure feel as though it is a dictatorship. In fact, the effect is not really different on individuals - it's just that the dictator's power stems from a majority rather than a smaller number of courtiers, police and army and he [usually a he] can be turfed out with an election rather than by coup.

Alan Green$pan is running out of room though and It [the Web in full bloom] is going to not going to operate on Alan's coin of the realm. Cybercurrency, encrypted by Q! and called Q will be the transaction base.

Q! value has been zooming against $ value over the past 8 years. The stock is not really useful as a means of transaction, so Q! will have to issue Q so people can buy a newspaper with their 3G Anita[TM] device, send a few Q to their daughter for her birthday - she'll be pleasantly surprised to see it arrive in her Anita [TM] gadget on the day, wherever she is, be it Gabon, Fiji or Kamchatka.
