Harry, I can only hope that is the case. David Finn has
worked hard and long trying to make sure that UP'S agreement with ADDA is completed. Unfortunately one of Watford's favorite passive maneuvers is the old "it's
on the secretary's desk for typing ploy", I've been hearing
that for about two weeks. Frankly speaking, I just assumed
that UP was just dragging their feet a little. Now having
learned more of what they engaged in with AOW, I have a
different opinion. What UP has been up to is unbelievable.
They have one last chance to work out an agreement before
Sept. 17th with AOW. I've read Allan's Affadavit and the
Restraining order issued by Gutherie. My opinion is
that what they did was indefensible if they go to court
they are in very deep stuff.
Stay tuned, it should be an interesting week.
