Just got this in my e-mail.

Tom,

I saw your post on RB. You missed the point. By way of example:

Plant owned by New TTV.

TTV is Rene and friends, probably paid from by borrowing money for Thermo
Tech for say 10% of ownership in plant.

TTV pays Thermo Tech $800,000 royalty fee (or waive for the right to
participate in plant)

Plant profit = $1,000,000 / yr.

Royalty Fee = $1,000,000 x 5% = $50,000
Payment for borrowed money = $1,000,000 x 10% = $100,000

Thermo Tech shareholders get $150,000
Rene & Friends get $850,000

You see, Rene figured out how much money Simpson & Co. were getting and got
jealous. He wanted it all for himself and another deal goes down the drain
because Rene will fail like he has for the last 12 years.
