Hi Gang: A lurker has a question for you. First let me congratulate you all on the content of your thread. I have learned a lot and learn more every day. Can any one supply me with a source for a generic battery for a HP Omnibook 5500 notebook computer? The $250 quoted to me by a HP dealer is outrageous in my opinion. Thanks. Ed in Madison
