Thanks Zeev,,if you skip all the definitions(what a waste of space in a filing) it gets much shorter<vbg>...I pegged this one to get killed when it IPO'd a few years back at $18-ouch<g>..As you may know,I live at one of their ski area's..and the local towns folk are not happy with the company or management..DD
