I guess the point I wanted to make is that I hope com shares stay depressed so that after the conversion, I will own almost twice as many shares. Thus, ever 1 point move upward in coms share price is that much more rewarding to me after the conversion of USRX to Com. So, I hope coms shares stay at this level (30-35) until the deal is complete. If coms shares move north now before the deal is complete, then there will be less upside potential after the deal.
