Yeah, right.
It's amazing how the TMSR longs believe that convincing an investor to buy a stock at 15% below average market value is some sort of coup.
I hate to break this to anyone, but if private investors thought TMSR prospects were so bright, they would simply buy on the open market. Oh, you know, they way they seem to for DELL, MSFT, INTC, and everyone else.
The other side of that equation is that if TMSR themselves believed they had bright prospects, they wouldn't sell any of their shares for below market price!! "Oh, we know our shares will be so much more valuable soon... but for you? Here's a 15% discount, from the goodness of our hearts!"
So to sum up: private investors can't be convinced to put money into TMSR without getting a significant discount to the current price; and TMSR officials think they're getting a great deal by managing to sell some more shares at a discount to the current market price. I give up; why are there TMSR longs again??
Good luck, though, with your short squeeze hopes; I'm actually with you on that, because I would love another whack at TMSR above $20. I doubt I'll get the chance, but I've got margin reserved for it just in case.
As for covering.... I don't know; will I ever cover this one? It's looking more and more like another ZITL...
