Yes and no..But let us face reality any reorganization or restructuring of the extended debt of 31 million will undoubtedly destroy all equity holders, Creditors dont care one iota about the stock holders. Historically it is almost unheard of that they would ever allow more than a few pennies to be paid to the shareholders if a satisfactory agreement is reached . This stock is nothing to own.If you didnt sell it yet, beware it is all over.
