Talked to the company today............... They are going to the pink sheets. They can't justify the cost of filing the required SEC paperwork at this time. They have no intention of going under and are actually quite optimistic about their future. However.... I don't understand the pink sheets well enough to to offer any advice as to what to do at this juncture. It is my OPINION that the stock price will fall as a result of this upcoming acction and I am getting out....For Now. I still have confidence in the company, just not their stock price presently. If anybody can enlighten me on the pinks or offer up their opinion, I'd be grateful. I first started this thread when the price was around .08 and we'll get around .13 on the out. Won't make us rich.. but it did better than most blue chips over the same run. I will continue to post occasionally on this thread as information dictates. I repeat...This company is going to do well and if I understood the pinks better I might stay in. As it is, I'm going to step out with a decent profit until I get a bit smarter. Happy Hunting
