APT, do you have any documentation on the planned equity-linked debt/note issue? Is it convertible? A variable or fixed/discounted rate note? And, do you completely exclude that the company might turn around with the remedy for their acute low liquidity? Any events that make look the management suspect? "Flies"? TIA is.com
