as far as i understand this "shareholder rights" plan (poison pill), any hostile overture would trigger a massive dilution of ownership. this smacks of the board of directors trying to save their skins in the event of any takeover. these plans never seem to be in the best interests of the shareholders, and i think it could mire the stock down. if anyone has a different understanding of this i would like to hear it please.
