David--
I repeat, she said omniously, This market's going down to 6200. We may indeed get a breather today, or better yet tomorrow after the non-farm payrolls number comes out (doesn't matter what it is, as long is it's not insanely high), but since there now seems to be general agreement that we're in for a 10% correction, we'll get one. And then a bounce. If it holds, then consolidation and eventually a move back up; if not, I hate to think. I suppose much depends on what we're feeling about interest rates by the time it's shaken out.
Don't like it that nowadays the Daq gives signs of doing better than the DJIA early in almost every session, and then sells off like crazy at the end.
Don't like that damned comet, either. Sure, it looks nice, but don't forget: comets have always been seen as signs of important and unusual events, generally disastrous ones.
