Robert -- thanks for the article -- it raises the right issues, and we don't have clear answers yet. I have been following the dollar, as you know, but I can't see the impact on a scale one might expect -- yet. I think we have flirted with some pretty risky near misses with economic data as the economy shows signs of slowing productivity growth and rising factor input prices -- a recipe for a major market sell-off given the level of the markets. So far, no sell-off, and even some pretty sexy looking relief rallies. I still must believe that she's going to break, and when she does people will say 'I told you sold' while others say 'nobody could have seen this coming'. I was bearish mid July, but I did not see the rebound coming and I have been too bearish for the past few weeks -- enough out of sync that I prefered to withdraw to work on my timing. It might take a couple more weeks for the market to get set to move down -- we will see.
