Urlman--Sad to say we are in a technologically based spiral of slaughter. At this point I am not sure that the elimination of nuclear weapons would even rid us of the gravest dangers out there. The biological weapons notably the germ warfare based ones may pose the gravest threat to man and even the world. Labs worldwide are working on living nightmares, cheap and horribly devastating. Russia is most concerned about false attack readings coming in as a result about Y2K problems, the concern is not that a launch will occur. We need a world that doesn't accept the production or even the existence of weapons of mass destruction. All the Best Druss
