Shopss.com Revenues Exceed Estimates

PLAINVIEW, N.Y., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Shopss.com, the pioneering virtual shopping mall and subsidiary of OSCM-One Stop.Com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: OSCR - news), today announced that sales through August 1999 have reached over $10 million. OSCM-One Stop.Com Inc. expects more than $0.20 per share earnings by the end of the current fiscal quarter.

The public response to the company's free PC offer has been overwhelming and beyond expectations. The firm's current strategy involves seeking additional Shopss.com distribution channels while expanding existing ones. Shopss.com membership requires a two-year contract and a commitment to spend a minimum of $30 per month on the Shopss.com website or at the new Shopss.com store in Herzlia Petuach, Israel. Members who do not meet the $30 minimum requirement will be charged a $19.95 monthly service charge. Beyond the array of products available on shopss.com, members can also shop at other selected Internet stores, including Amazon.com.

CCM Computer Accessories, Inc. of Plainview, New York, an OSCM company, manufactures the free 400 MHz ATX minitower computer that is provided with each Shopss.com membership. New members can receive a free computer installed with Windows 98 for an additional $98.
