David,

I agree with you David. Why pick on GAB just because it has the second worst performance of the worst performing internet stocks you were able to round up. It could actually have been the worst and it is isn't.

Cameron and you guys did a great job promoting Gala-Bari back in April, May and June pushing the price up to .32. We are now simply back to pre-April prices. The GAB news releases unfortunately have proven to been nothing but worthless and meaningless nonsense. See the one about he company showing the greatest growth in new jobs in the province or something.

Whaterver business plan may have existed at the start, it seems to have changed several times since then. Perhaps the plans were serious when announced, however, GAB's execution of these plans has not been very impressive and the price reflects that. Everyone admits the mall is a joke and there has been virtually no improvement since its opening July 1.

The question is, if this is more than a simple promotion can they make it succeed. I have seen no evidence for that unfortunately.

If you seen anything encouraging in what has happened in the last two to three months please let us know what that is.

In addition answers to the following questions would be helpful:

1. What is the current financial situation? Funds were to have been raised at .70 at the end of August.

2. How many shares are now outstanding on a fully diluted basis?

3. Is the deal with SoftCare finalized and if so what work is going on to get the new business operational?

4. What is going to happen to the current galamall site?

5. What is Cameron's current role with the company and how long is he going to be around?

As a shareholder I wish the company the best, but am growing less hopeful with each passing week.

Gabe
