Brumar your message to James mentioned me as a gnostic. I have been on the internet for several years and prior to that on national BBS chats. There have been many who believed in gnosticism but never experienced the gnosis. I am gnostic by experience and not from any literature or any group of religionists. I was raised in the church of Christ and attended a bible school. I can assure you the experience of gnosis had nothing to do with the bible or taught beliefs. You say you have intellectual curiosity. I can tell you I never had that for religion until after my revelation. I just had to know how a whole nation and especially myself could have accepted religion based on faith when it was so far from truth. Since that experience almost 30 years ago I have researched religious origins with untold hours and dedication and found nothing to disprove any of the gnosis. However, I now understand how easily people are brainwashed by substituting faith for reasoning. The internet and online books will bring a new paradigm to religion and unless the church leaders change theirs they will die a slow death. Children of today see right through the hypocrisies of their parents and the internet will make them even wiser.
