Cha2, You have no idea of the comfort that has come over me knowing that you've finally found a home. :) Would you please comment on my attempted separation for analytical and classification purposes of "nurturers" and companies providing B2B e commerce directly themselves. I think it's very worthwhile and will likely become more so as the processing and multi-tasking going on in the folder brings new clarifications to light. I haven't read about Godzilla yet because the new manual somehow fell open to the page updating the front office software section. Imagine that! Understanding that, in addition to separating the nurturers from the B2B enablers, consider looking for the companies that combine both attributes. As an example, my superficial impression (the only kind I have right now) of Vignette is that their technology nurtures the online consumers instead of simply providing an enabling mechanism. Find a company that doees that in the B2B arena and you've probably got a Godzilla. --Mike Buckley
