Yay! THis sounds much more normal and promising! We bought our house with all sorts of small things wrong with it and just slowly work on them. If you really want the house, get what you can out of these things, either off the price, or as a dollar amount in escrow to be used for these, and go for it! How do the boys feel about this house? We are flying to Nawleans in a couple of hours...and we're all so excited. Well, Dan and I are- Ammo is still asleep. Back sometime Monday I guess. And will report on the food and the music. Y'all have a great weekend!!!
