PUGS I in no way said they were in danger of losing their reporting status, but instead advised that the company had the option of becoming one, and that it probably was not a good idea. When one is researching, ask more than one question. It helps, Pugs, give you a more complete picture. The SEC took the step of cautioning the public regarding information offered by the company, yet it is you Pugs that considers a source the Gospel. Everyone that has questions should call NASD. They are the official source. Tell us more how RMIL "basically indicated that Tonto is wrong." Don't make it up, instead show the exact post which the company basically indicates it is wrong. We should all have the opportunity to read the written copy.
