Why would anyone short Geac now when there are
so many other more expensive companies
around with high multiples on them?

Things are starting to go right
for GAC and it's still cheap
relative to earnings, and relative
to other software companies.

* 2 nice acquisitions (great synergy with JBA)
* Y2K soon to be history
* dependable earnings
* Street digs new ceo
* brokerage houses call it a buy (target $45)
* tech stocks have generally been on fire lately.
