Mkt, On an NAV value SFE is undewrvalued, but short term i think a lot of their holdings are somewhat overvalued, so it is about fair value IMHO.
Long-term however, I still see SFE as a goldmine. The private companies will have some great winners, if the reliance on the I-net doesn't interfere with their funding of their other companies. XL Vision has a lot on it's plate, for example.
I've held SFE since 1981 so I'm a little biased, but if I hadn't sold off peices of my holdings my investment would be up 6600% not including spinoff profits. I can't see ever selling the bulk of my position.
