Q: When will China move to DVD?
A: We anticipate that the market for DVD players will begin ramping at the end of this year, and into 2000. In the year 2000, the vast majority of players sold should be DVD.

Q: What percentage of C-Cube?s business comes from China?
A: C-Cube?s revenues from China were approximately 15% of total revenues during the second quarter. Singling out China?s contribution to revenue is no longer necessary, as the VCD market transitions to DVD and communications revenue continues to grow. We have moved from a one product, one-geography company to a multi-product, global business.
