I perfectly understand the cold feet you got! It was a pretty wild ride. If I hadn't spoken to them directly in the past, I would not have taken advantage of the freefall myself. Anyone can pick up the phone and talk to the CEO. He's a very nice person and very direct with his answers to questions. But he probably doesn't want to hear about that CPA's report anymore. I imagine he is sick of that one.<g>

They did fully disclose the insurance add-backs in their CC. Spent a few mintues on it. And from what I remember, right upfront. I don't believe they ever meant to hide it. They probably never dreamed they would have ever have gotten the press they did. Usually there are only two people listening to their CCs <g>. Ironically, the CPA's report had nothing to do with the insurance add backs.
