Understand what you're saying

Micron Technology has made this argument for years re: the Korean DRAM Fabs. And somehow they've survived.

But, as you know, Intel is no Micron Technology.

Still, I will grant you that "level playing field" considerations exist. And our government's ability to deal with them in the past has not inspired confidence.
