Paul, Would you explain the dynamics of this situation? I would say that if the company being traded is a piece of s*, and TMO was getting cash, then ok, bad deal. Now, with TMO getting shares of TCA, they still have the alleged piece of s. Also, this is the way TMO and its units do business. It has been very successful in the past, and I would assume it would be in this situation. Of course I do not know much about the company in question, and it just may have poor fundamentals. In that case.... Maybe a call to public relations at TCA to hear their side of the story. They may just want this piece of s**, turn it around and make some money!! As usual, who knows?? John
