I read one of the Sarno books and thought it was a bit cryptic. The only concrete things I could get out of it were that I was supposed to read the book over a couple times so it would sink into my subconscious and that I should shout, "Stop!" if I was thinking negative thoughts. Figured you had to take his class to "get" it. Anyone have any homeopathic experiences to share? I'm currently trying my 9th homeopath after an 11 year hiatus. Never had any positive results and I've seen some of the best, supposedly. An article I read in the California Monthly inspired me to waste my money yet again.
