Frank has a vision. Richmond's present council is living in a "time capsule". Not ready to accept the direction of the future and ever changing business climate..........unable to make a wise business decision which would be beneficial to the City of Richmond in terms of job creation, tax benefits, tourism and all that jazz which comes with being a home to world class attraction.
It does take someone utmost special to be a wise politician and it applies to all levels of government.
Judging by what we read in the press we are in short supply.
It is quite unfortunate that some politicians choose to place their
personal egos ahead of the public which chose these SUBJECTS to represent them fairly, honestly and with full understanding what is good, beneficial for the country or in this case community.
Lastly ...this is a perfect example of The good the bad and the ugly.
