Gordon, I've got "Eat right for your Type" on the shelf, and haven't started it... going to dig in this weekend. Thanks so much for the comments. I find the whole idea of eating according to your 'gene pool' very interesting and so "common sense" it's automatically credible in my mind. Look at people who have been removed [or moved] from their original location and diets [European, Native & African Americans] and look at how fat and unhealthy they are!! We've all been moved to a single diet regardless of our roots... can that make sense? DAK PS... that should stir things up on the thread if anyone drops in!
