I am really sick of FSII,

I have been holding FSII for many years. My average is around $20. My question is: What is fundamentally wrong in FSI? Products or management. To be frank fiscally they have been lacking self regulation. Just now when companies would take on long term debt - FSI is reducing LTD by selling body parts! Benno Sand (CFO) - IMO did bad job - If he is given stock options/ raise - along with all other management positions - should take substantial cuts to share shareholder pain. Also, board of directors should be fired and company should be sold. These people have done serious harm to shareholders while paying for $600MM capacity 2 years ago!

I am just apalled at the timing of this warning. After market close when dow is up 200+ points and NAZ up 4%. These people are scamming investors or they are hiding their act under generally positive sentiment.

Semitool while ran into cash problem (but LTD for SMTL is very low) seem to have survived it and now has strong backlog. I wish these guys learn from SMTL.

Look at semi companies and tell me which company has warned as FSI has done. I think CEO is in trouble and company is in trouble IF products are no good. Else, only management is in trouble.

I feel sorry for myself for such a mistake and lost opportunity - had the same money used for AMAT, KLAC or NVLS it would have been 300% up!

I don't see any point selling now. I am going down with the ship.
