One more thing. Why would FSI redeem debt now? May be later on they may default on it. And we know what that will do to jobs! Management is trying to save their a*s and screw shareholders. Thats all ...

And what about 'our book value is 10 bucks?' Who gives cr*p when you are losing money. As a matter of fact they did disservice by telling people about the book-value. I think CFO need to give full explanation of current state. At least looking at LTD - looks like it will be all over by latest payments.
