Tomato I echo your comments on Sarno. His reasoning and research are enlightening to me but I have not had quite the success dealing with my "unconscious" as those who attend the lectures. I do know that at least I am not inhibited from activities that I was staying away from when back pains were bothering me. I've decided to postpone a treatment plan with a chiropractor to test his theories. If I'm not being too nosy, what is the area of health or lack of it that is your concern at the moment? Gordon
